CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
All bookings are required to pay a £120 booking fee upon scheduling their photo shoot. The fee will go towards your total shoot. Your deposit is refundable if your session is canceled before the 2 week window before your session. Cancellation after the 2 week window will be forfeited.
There is a £60 fee that will be charged for all clients if they cancel with less than 24 hours notice or no shows.
Clients reserve the right to reschedule any shoot within the 2 week window before your scheduled photo shoot date at no additional fee. Rescheduling after the 2 week policy before the scheduled date of your session will forfeit the deposit, otherwise stated by Patrick Falaniko.
If you prefer, you can cancel your photo shoot session, instead of rescheduling however you may forfeit your deposit fee paid at the time of securing your booking.
The Goddess Studio reserves the right to reschedule a session due to photographer illness, personal emergency, or inclement weather. If a session cannot be rescheduled due to the photographer cancellation, we will refund your booking session fee.
If your assigned hair or make up artist is not available a suitable replacement will be substituted, if one cannot be found within 2 weeks of shoot you are free to reschedule or cancel or go ahead without
Unfortunately, no shows will not be permitted to re-book with the Goddess Studio.
