We celebrate women and sensuality. Our "wholistic" approach to boudoir and celebrating women might just make us the most "un-boudoir" boudoir service out there.
I've been lucky in my life to work with projects that align with my philosophy and more importantly be in a position to walk away from jobs that are too much at odds with it. I worked hard to put myself in that position at sometimes at cost to my personal life and career. But that is how I am, this is my path and I chose it. And I'm happy.
1. The Goddess Studio empowers women by providing them a safe place to express themselves. Our services include sensual, boudoir, art nudes and personal branding photography and boudoir, art nude and lingerie illustration. Our service is inclusive and open to All women 18-80+ regardless of age, size, background or occupation.
2. The Goddess Studio philosophy also supports, promotes and invests in female-led businesses.
Especially boudoir related businesses, It makes sense as 95% are small, independent and women run.
The "why" I decide to do something is just as important to me as the doing. Some might think that's
stubborn, but I feel the more you do things that don't resonate with you the more you will feel torn inside.
3. And thirdly, the Goddess studio supports charities who work to improve life for women and children. It's wonderful helping women to celebrate and express themselves, but there are many who will never get that chance.
Growing up, I’ve seen what life looks like on the other side, I've seen the long term effects of domestic abuse, this is probably a bigger personal mission/drive than photography, art and boudoir put together. Add to that fat-shaming, and bullying, and we always lump it all on society, news people, we are that society, and all of us can do something about it.
